Discovery 1 Uprated Aluminium Strengthened Steering Bar Kit
7075-T6 Aluminium 1.5" (38mm) Diameter to fit a Discovery 1 (later model with the flat style drop arm, if you are unsure please get in contact for help). Most HD steering bars on the market are only 30mm. These are threaded left and right hand to accept the original factory tie rods. This material has proven its self time and time again, it is used on extreme off road buggies throughout the world.
To use these steering bars with a steering damper, an additional bracket is required. This is sold separately.
When fitting the steering damper bracket, it is best to move the steering damper from the back of the axle (track rod) up to the drag link, doing this keeps it up out the way, safe from rocks. A an additional chassis bracket is required. This is also sold separately.
This is for the two steering bars, track road and drag link, it will not come with joints.
